Sofia is the Head of Human Resources at Majestic Reality. She has a degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Lisbon and an executive diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management. Under her leadership, the company has been recognized as one of the 'Best Places to Work' in Portugal for three consecutive years. Sofia is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Inês is the Chief Marketing Officer at Majestic Reality. She holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the Nova School of Business and Economics and has over 15 years of experience in the field. Master's in Financial Engineering from Nova SBE. João joined Majestic Reality 10 years ago and quickly rose through the ranks to become Head of Risk Management. With over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, Luís brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Majestic Reality. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a certified public accountant. Luís is passionate about sustainable finance and has been instrumental in developing the company's green investment portfolio.
